But what is more important to you, Health or Wealth?
There are some rich people who cannot be happy because they are sick. Even large amounts of money do not help them improve their health. Certainly, when you have money you can avoid many health problems as there are many opportunities to have a healthy lifestyle. However, money will never give you perfect health. Pay much attention to your health, which is the most precious thing you have.
We come to this world with a certain level of health, but zero resources. Without resources, we cannot improve our living and health conditions and will not survive. Money (Wealth) should therefore be the priority for everyone. But building wealth requires strict routines as well. Working hard and efficiently at building multiple streams of income doesn’t happen overnight. Many people confuse themselves with conventional wisdom, thinking money degrades health. This is obviously not true. It is the work done to gather money that degrades health, not money itself. Therefore, one should always find more efficient ways to gather resources, rather making lazy excuses for themselves. At the same time, one should also make better use of the money and resources gathered to improve health rather than spend them on beer, cigarettes, drugs etc. things that are detrimental to health. Many renowned individuals, just like the rest of humanity, struggle mightily with personal goals to get in shape, lose weight, and live a healthier life.
Health is what a person needed the most in the world to strive for great wealth and future. No denial. And wealth is what a person needed the most to provide comfort and stable productivity. Still, not going to deny this one too. We have to agree that these two are essentials on maintaining a great life-living balance. Health, without further argument, is what most people need in order to find a decent life pace. A baby, a toddler, a teenager and a student, an adult and a worker, older people and a veteran, literally everyone needs health to ensure the requirements that their age demand is fulfilled.
Don't you maintain your house, by cleaning it on a daily basis ? Same goes for your body !
All it requires is a little bit of care and movement. You don't need to lift weights for that ! A little bit of yoga, medidation for peace of mind. Brisk walking or any sort of movement and a healthy diet is all what your body needs. It doesn't have any other demands. It just expects some regularity, movement, sunshine and some good sound sleep ( it shouldn't be too less nor too much ! )
Immunity is built over years and this care is gonna build it. Immunity isn't magically built by popping a pill. Your body very well knows how to fight, it's upto you how well you build it's army ( immunity ) so that whenever there is any attack in the form of any virus or a disease it can fight well ! And the best part is, you don't need millions for building your health. Build it before it's too late. Health is wealth
